Please note that the following terms and conditions apply to all levels and types of SparePartsKnowHow.com training courses and Memberships:
- Logging in to SparePartsKnowHow.com indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Each individual registration or membership entitles the subscriber to one login.
- All logins must be for individuals, not companies or other legal entities.
- Individual registrations or memberships apply only to the individual and are not transferable, without expressed permission from Initiate Action Pty Ltd. Abuse of this condition will result in termination of access, without refund.
- For subscriptions that automatically renew, it is up to the individual to advise the payment processor if they wish to cease membership.
- Membership and course fees may be increased at any time with the new rate payable at the next membership renewal.
- Subscribers can cease their membership at any time by advising us in writing (email is OK). Fees are not refundable.
- Memberships and course fees paid for via corporate invoice:
- Will only commence once the corporate invoice is paid in full.
- Will all commence and cease on the same day (for multiple members).
- Upon renewal must be paid in full within 7 days of the renewal date.
- All articles, videos, images, presentations, white papers, webinars, podcasts, and other content at SparePartsKnowHow.com remain the property of Ipiaight Pty Ltd. This includes all copyright and all other rights that may apply.
- Membership or course access does not convey any rights to the use of the intellectual property or materials that are provided at SparePartsKnowHow.com.
- It is expressly forbidden to re-purpose, resell, or reuse any of the content at SparePartsKnowHow.com.
- All users shall indemnify Initiate Action Pty Ltd, Ipiaight Pty Ltd, and Phillip Slater against any losses, proceedings, damages, costs or expenses directly or indirectly related to the use of any information or recommendations provided via access to SparePartsKnowHow.com.
- Users acknowledge that prior to implementing any recommendations or suggestions they will themselves verify the suitability and safety of those recommendations or suggestions. Initiate Action Pty Ltd and Phillip Slater will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the application of any information or recommendations provided via a membership at SparePartsKnowHow.com.
- ‘Fair use’ applies to the ‘Ask Phill’ online coaching feature at SparePartsKnowHow.com.
- While we will endeavor to provide timely responses, due to travel and other commitments responses to the ‘Ask Phill’ feature may be delayed by as much as fourteen days.
- The contract for membership and subscriptions at SparePartsKnowHow.com shall be construed and take effect according to the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
